Stephen Bjork has been delighting comedy audiences
with his singular take on everyday life - not to mention
occasional trips deep into absurdity - for more than 16 years.
A longtime favorite in nightclubs and colleges around the
country, Steve enjoys equal success in corporate settings,
and even in the unique setting of all-ages shows.

Steve launched his on-stage career in January 1990 and quickly
staked his claim in highly competitive Boston comedy scene.
In less than two years his growing reputation resulted in
a number of tours crisscrossing the country.
In 1996, Steve made a decision to pull back from the grueling
travel schedule of his burgeoning comedy career in order
to devote more time to his new wife and family. He accepted
a position as a sales consultant for a $3 billion international
corporation. As in comedy, he achieved quickly and impressively
winning numerous sales titles and awards while rising through
the ranks, eventually managing a $14 million division of
the firm.
In 2002, following his five year self induced lay-off, Steve returned
to his comedic roots with a vengeance and promptly re-established
himself as a nightclub favorite while adding corporate clients
and all-age audiences to the mix.
Steve is considered one of the cleanest acts working in comedy
today. His nightclub act can generally be categorized as PG-13,
treating audiences to clever, and sometimes risqué, routines.
His advice to new fathers, always a crowd favorite, is as unexpected
and absurd as it is hysterical. But Steve also performs regularly
in shows advertised as “G-rated” bringing hilarious
routines of elementary school and games of Red Rover to children,
and to those who remember being children.
In addition to hundreds of top echelon industry-respected comedians,
Steve has performed with such luminaries as Dane Cook, Steven Wright,
Dom Irrera, Dave Chappelle, Gilbert Gottfried, Joe Rogan, Dana
Gould, and Tommy Chong. He has also opened for the legendary musical
group The Platters.
Steve has performed at all of the major Boston and New England
comedy clubs along with The Improv in Las Vegas, NV; Mohegan
Sun in Connecticut, Hilarities in Orlando, FL and Cleveland,
OH; TSM Comedy Club in Louisville, KY; Crackers in Indianapolis,
IN, Penguins in Cedar Rapids, IA, and many, many others.
